Wingman’s Flight Club is committed to ensuring your orders are shipped promptly and securely.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped on the same day. During busy periods, processing may take up to 2 business days.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to specific locations only! Please note that delivery times vary, and you are responsible for customs duties and fees.

Tracking: All orders come with tracking information so you can follow your Wingman’s gear every step of the way. Please check your email.

RETURNS and refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly. We’ll gladly offer a refund but cannot guarantee an exchange due to the limited stock of our products.

Due to the exclusive nature of our items, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products reported within 7 days of delivery. For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds for approved returns will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and evaluated.
